I’m back! After an amazing Christmas and New Year off with my boys, I’m back to 2019 with so much excitement! I kick off 2019 wedding season this Saturday and I can’t wait. 2019 has started with a bang, with an influx of 2019 & 2020 enquiries and bookings it looks like lots of you have asked a very big question or received a ring this Winter- Congratulations to you all! I am loving hearing about your stories and plans and can’t wait to meet those of you who have booked in with me since the new year.

I took a fair amount of social media breaks in 2018, I prioritised my family, working closely with my 2018 couples and for once myself! This year I hope to do more of the same but trying to keep in touch more online too- that means more FB, more Instagram and more blogging so you can keep up to date with what I get up to- but instead of logging on every day or few days, scheduling some posts so I don’t feel tied to the desk!

I want to see more of the UK this year with my boys, I plan to blog our little adventures & a few of the last years to keep the work/life balance as sweet as I can!

I’m starting with updating the preview blogs and kicking off with the sweetest couple, Emily and Lee. You may have seen the preview images but you haven’t seen the slideshow which i’ve added in below.

Em & Lee had the most amazing day with their close family and friends, with a gorgeous ceremony at St Chad’s Church in Haughton, rarely used for weddings it was amazing to see this community church come to life for their big day with the help of the residents, friends and family with the church flowers. They followed this by riding to their wedding reception in style in a retro 1972 Mercedes to The Boathouse Ellesmere. The sun shone, the weather was glorious and the mood of the day was simply overwhelming with emotion.

Em wore a stunning Oksana Mukha dress with translucent lace elements to the bodice and Kurt Geiger shoes, this was set off perfectly with a bouquet provided by Lily The Pink Florist, whilst the groom rocked blue Harry Brown attire.

Video was provided by Harry Fisher Films who along with his colleague were a hoot to work with.

There really isn’t much else I can say other than I love these two and know I have made lifelong friends in this process.

I know Em & Lee have had a hard finish to 2018 so I wanted to start the year reminding them of the amazing, perfect day that I was honoured to be a part of and the happiness it brought to everyone. I look forward to catching up with you both in February and I wish you all the very best for 2019.

Turn it up and enjoy highlights from the Romantic Shropshire Wedding of Emily & Lee.

Happy New Year to you and yours,

Tash xx
